Aneka Jaringan in RM1mil deal to grow portfolio

PETALING JAYA: Aneka Jaringan Holdings Bhd has proposed to acquire a 51% stake in P3 International Sdn Bhd for RM1.02mil in cash, in a related-party transaction that will see the engineering services provider expand its corporate portfolio.

The stake, comprising 1.02 million ordinary shares, will be acquired from Aneka Properties Sdn Bhd under a share sale agreement signed on July 13, 2026.

P3 International is principally involved in the construction of buildings.

The company mainly operates in Taiwan through its Taiwan branch, namely P3 International Sdn Bhd Taiwan (P3 Taiwan).

Aneka Jaringan said the proposed acquisition will provide an opportunity for the group to expand its geographical footprint into Taiwan.

It noted that P3 Taiwan had secured three contracts with an aggregate contract value of approximately RM38.76mil, which are expected to be completed in the first quarter of financial year 2028.
