EITA lands RM21mil Indonesian job

EITA expects the contract to contribute positively to the group’s earnings for the financial year ending Sept 30, 2026.

KUALA LUMPUR: EITA Resources Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Furutec Electrical Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM20.5mil contract to supply and deliver its Furutec Busduct System for a data centre project in Indonesia.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, it said the award, from an undisclosed company, will run from June to September 2026.

EITA expects the contract to contribute positively to the group’s earnings for the financial year ending Sept 30, 2026, and is not expected to have any effect on its share capital or shareholding structure.

“The company does not foresee any exceptional risk other than the operational risk associated with the award.

“Nevertheless, the company will take the appropriate measures to mitigate the risks as and when they occur,” it added.
