Sime Darby Property Bhd is acquiring Wisma Unirazak in Kuala Lumpur from Permodalan Nasional Bhd for RM160.0mn cash in a related-party transaction.

WCT Holdings Bhd has secured a subcontract worth AED836.0mn (RM926.2mn) for a residential development project in Abu Dhabi, the UAE.

Carlsberg Brewery Malaysia Bhd said Japan’s Sapporo Breweries will invest USD643.0mn (RM2.62bn) for a 25% stake in a new Carlsberg-led joint venture covering Southeast Asia and Hong Kong.

Berjaya Property Bhd has partnered China-based Wanli Tire Co Ltd to set up a RM1.3bn automotive tyre manufacturing plant in Selangor.

Hibiscus Petroleum Bhd has achieved first oil at its 100%-owned Teal West field in the UK North Sea. The field recorded initial daily output of about 6,000 barrels, within the expected start-up range of 4,000 to 10,000 barrels per day.

Careplus Group Bhd is selling a property in Seremban for RM42.0mn to partly fund its new energy vehicle venture.

ECM Libra Group Bhd has entered into a 50:50 joint venture with TP Real Estate Holdings Pte Ltd involving Ormond Group Sdn Bhd.

BM Greentech Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Plus Xnergy Holding Sdn Bhd, has acquired the entire equity interest in NEFIN V Power Sdn Bhd for RM3.6mn.

Rimbunan Sawit Bhd is assessing the operational and financial impact of a disruption at its Ulu Teru Estate in Miri, Sarawak, following a blockage of the estate’s main access route since June 18.

Asdion Bhd will be suspended from trading on July 14 and delisted on July 16, if it does not appeal against the delisting by July 13, after failing to appoint a replacement sponsor for its proposed GN3 regularisation plan.

Permaju Industries Bhd said its wholly owned subsidiary, Cergaz Autohaus Sdn Bhd, has been appointed by Chery Auto Malaysia Sdn Bhd as an authorised dealer for LEPAS vehicles in Malaysia.

RT Pastry Holdings Bhd has obtained halal certification from the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia for its central manufacturing facility, Plant 1, in Taman Bukit Serdang, Seri Kembangan.

Enest Group Bhd said its IPO has been oversubscribed by 1.94 times ahead of its listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia.
