LFE wins RM16.22mil piling contract


PETALING JAYA: LFE Corp Bhd has secured a RM16.22mil contract for piling and associated works at a proposed development in Cyberjaya.

The construction and engineering company said its wholly-owned subsidiary, LFE Engineering Sdn Bhd, had accepted a letter of award from Puncak Concept Sdn Bhd for the supply and delivery of materials as well as construction services for piling, pile caps and related works.

The contract involves a proposed development on Lot PT 115104, Persiaran Sepang, Cyber 10, Cyberjaya, Selangor.

The seven-month contract commenced on June 20, 2026 and is scheduled for completion by Jan 20, 2027.

LFE expects the contract to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets per share for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2026, until the completion of the project.

LFE also disclosed that its executive chairman and substantial shareholder, Chuah Chong Ewe, is a director and shareholder of Puncak Concept.
