Muhibbah Engineering has secured a RM300mil contract to undertake marine structure and ancillary works for LNG Regasification Terminal 3 at Lumut Maritime Terminal 2 in Perak.

Gas Malaysia, together with Tokyo Gas and VTTI, has signed a joint development agreement for a proposed RM2bil-RM3bil LNG regasification terminal in Yan, Kedah, aimed at strengthening Malaysia's energy security and supply flexibility.

Securemetric's Philippine unit has secured a RM15.07mil contract to provide a project application development platform and related public key infrastructure services, supporting the group's earnings from 2026 onwards.

Sapura Industrial plans to dispose of two vacant land parcels in Ulu Langat to unlock the value of non-core assets and fund operational needs and future expansion opportunities.

AmBank will acquire Menara AmBank and related assets from AmFirst REIT for RM331mil, securing long-term ownership of its headquarters and strengthening its office location strategy.

Cypark Resources has proposed a private placement of up to 82.28 million shares to raise about RM52.7mil, primarily to fund its renewable energy and waste-to-energy projects.

Overnight, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.16% to 50,786.01, the S&P 500 gained 0.30% to 7,405.73, and the Nasdaq Composite gained 0.86% to 25,929.66.
