Alam Maritim to exit PN17 status on June 8


PETALING JAYA: Alam Maritim Resources Bhd (AMRB) has secured approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd for the early upliftment of its Practice Note 17 (PN17) status.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing, the offshore support vessel provider said Bursa Securities had approved its application to be removed from the PN17 classification, following a submission made on May 18, 2026.

The upliftment will take effect from 9am on June 8. AMRB was classified a PN17 status company in October 2022.
