KUALA LUMPUR: Here is a recap of the announcements that made headlines in Corporate Malaysia.

IJM Corporation Bhd said its unit, IJM Properties Sdn Bhd, has agreed to dispose of a hypermarket building in Sandakan, Sabah, to Econsave’s asset-holding vehicle for RM47.5mn.

Inta Bina Group Bhd said its unit, Inta Bina Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM227.1mn contract from Ancubic PJ Sdn Bhd for main building and infrastructure works for a mixed commercial strata development in Klang.

Apex Equity Holdings Bhd has proposed a private placement of up to 21.4mn new shares, representing 10.0% of its issued share capital, to raise up to RM14.1mn based on an indicative issue price of 65.9 sen per share.

Berjaya Corporation Bhd and Berjaya Property Bhd have disposed of stakes in five listed companies, including Berjaya Food Bhd, Redtone Digital Bhd, 7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Bhd and Salcon Bhd, to related party Detik Ria Sdn Bhd for a combined RM76.8mn cash.

Cabnet Holdings Bhd said its wholly owned subsidiary, Cabnet Systems (M) Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM38.7mn contract from Unique Arena Sdn Bhd for the supply and installation of a data centre containment system in Selangor.

MTT Shipping and Logistics Bhd said its indirect wholly owned subsidiaries, MTT Shipping Miri Sdn Bhd and MTT Shipping Pasir Gudang Sdn Bhd, have each entered into contracts with China's Wuhu Shipyard Co Ltd to acquire a 3,300-TEU container vessel for USD40.0mn.

WTK Holdings Bhd has proposed to dispose of its 85.0% stake and redeemable preference shares in Biogrow City Plantations Sdn Bhd for RM90.0mn cash.

Hartanah Kenyalang Bhd said Solarvest Holdings Bhd and Norges Bank have emerged as shareholders following the completion of a private placement involving 62.0mn shares that raised RM17.1mn.

Public Bank Bhd has appointed Diona Teh Li Shian as a non-independent non-executive director effective Jun 1. She is the youngest daughter of the bank’s late founder and chairman emeritus Tan Sri Teh Hong Piow.

HSS Holdings Bhd has launched its IPO in conjunction with its proposed ACE Market listing on Jun 23, 2026.

IOI Corporation Bhd reported an 8.0% YoY increase in 3QFY26 net profit to RM283.3mn, aided by a RM14.3mn net forex gain.

Mah Sing Group Bhd recorded a 3.1% YoY rise in 1Q26 net profit to RM68.1mn despite a 13.3% decline in revenue to RM563.1mn, supported by improved cost management from near-completed projects.

Petronas Dagangan Bhd reported a 3.6% YoY decline in 1Q26 net profit to RM283.0mn, primarily due to higher product costs and increased expenditure in its commercial segment.

RHB Bank Bhd posted a 14.2% YoY increase in 1Q26 net profit to RM856.8mn, supported by higher income and lower loan-loss provisions.

SKP Resources Bhd slipped into a net loss of RM37.3mn in 4QFY26 versus a net profit of RM28.7mn a year earlier, impacted by weaker orders, margin compression and a RM14.0mn impairment charge.
