KUALA LUMPUR: KKB Engineering Bhd
has secured a contract and supply orders worth a combined RM462mil, including an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract from Sarawak Shell Bhd.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, KKB said its subsidiary OceanMight Sdn Bhd received a letter of award from Sarawak Shell for the provision of EPC works for fixed offshore structures.
The contract covers the SK408 Teja and Pepulut (TePu), as well as Temu and Inai (TuNai) field development projects.
KKB said the contract is effective from Aug 28, 2026 until December 2027.
Separately, KKB also received orders from Hock Seng Lee Bhd and Bumia Sdn Bhd, with delivery scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The combined value of the Sarawak Shell contract and the two orders is approximately RM462mil.
KKB said the contract and orders are expected to contribute positively to the group's earnings and net assets over their respective durations.
