Favelle Favco secures RM90.6mil tower crane supply contracts


KUALA LUMPUR: Favelle Favco Bhd has secured purchase orders and a letter of intent worth a combined RM90.6mil for the supply of tower cranes.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said its subsidiary, Favelle Favco Cranes Pty Ltd, secured the contracts from Marr Contracting and G A Caelli Holdings Trust.

The contract from Marr Contracting involves the supply of tower cranes, with deliveries scheduled progressively from end-2026 to the second quarter of 2027.

Meanwhile, the order from G A Caelli is expected to be delivered by the second quarter of 2027.

Favelle Favco said the contracts are expected to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2026 and beyond.
