Vizione secures RM65.62mil Sentul residential project contract


KUALA LUMPUR: Vizione Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Bina Permai Sdn Bhd (BPSB), has secured a RM65.62mil contract for the main building works of a residential development project in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said BPSB had accepted a letter of award from Bina Asia Sdn Bhd.

The contract involves the construction of a 30-storey residential apartment development comprising 322 units, including 162 Residensi Wilayah (Rumawip) units and Perumahan Penjawat Awam Malaysia (PPAM) units.

It said the development will also include a recreational facility floor, multi-storey parking facilities, a guardhouse, a switch station unit and an electrical substation.

The project is located at Jalan Pelangi 2, Sentul, Mukim Setapak, Kuala Lumpur.

It said the project is expected to be completed within 24 months from the commencement date, which is subject to confirmation by the project architect.

Vizione said the contract is expected to contribute positively to its future earnings.
