PETALING JAYA: Exsim Hospitality Bhd (EHB) has accepted a letter of award for interior and electrical works at Maybank KLCC, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd (ECSB).
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the contract was awarded by Epic Team Construction Sdn Bhd, the project’s main contractor. The subcontract is valued at RM2.08mil and is scheduled to commence on May 11, 2026, with completion targeted for Sept 7, 2026, over a four-month period.
ECSB, which specialises in fit-out services for hospitality assets as well as general contracting and procurement, will undertake the works in accordance with the terms set out in the award.
The project carries a defects liability period of six months from the date of practical completion.
