KUALA LUMPUR: Exsim Hospitality Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM2.08mil subcontract for interior and electrical works at Maybank KLCC.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Exsim said the contract was awarded by Epic Team Construction Sdn Bhd, with the subcontract works set to commence on May 11, 2026 and be completed by Sept 7, 2026 over a four-month period.
The contract also carries a six-month defects liability period from the date of practical completion.
Exsim said the contract is expected to contribute positively to its net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing throughout the project duration.
