IOI Properties Group Bhd said it has proposed to establish and list a REIT comprising retail, office and hotel assets valued at RM7.6bn.

Bentley Music Group Bhd said it has partnered with Juara Partners Sdn Bhd to offer Shariah-compliant financing plans for musical instruments and education services, aimed at improving accessibility, particularly for civil servants.

Ecobuilt Holdings Bhd has proposed to diversify into property development and the trading of building materials, with the new segments expected to contribute at least 25.0% of future net profit.

Favelle Favco Bhd said it has completed the acquisition of French crane manufacturer Seram Industries SAS for between €7.5mn and €10.0mn (RM35.6mn–RM47.5mn) in cash.

Infomina Bhd has secured a RM23.5mn two-year contract from the Inland Revenue Board to provide technology infrastructure operations, maintenance and support services, including hardware and software maintenance for data warehouse systems.

KJTS Group Bhd said it has completed the acquisition of a 70.7% stake in iHandal Holdings Sdn Bhd for RM10.1mn, strengthening its position in energy efficiency solutions.

Nestcon Bhd said it has proposed to acquire three freehold land parcels in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, for RM95.0mn as part of its diversification into property development.

Petra Energy Bhd said its subsidiary, Petra Resources Sdn Bhd, has secured four work orders from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd with a combined value of RM298.0mn.

Privasia Technology Bhd said it is in the process of finalising discussions with potential offtakers for its planned 10MW data centre in Bagan Datuk, Perak, although no firm commitments have been secured.

Silver Ridge Holdings Bhd said its wholly owned subsidiary, Ingress Delta Construction Sdn Bhd, has accepted a RM4.4mn subcontract from Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd for painting works at a high-rise development in Bandar Sri Damansara.

Star Media Group Bhd said it has subscribed to A$35.5mn (RM99.4mn) in a private closed-end unit trust fund focused on Australian commercial office assets as part of efforts to diversify its revenue base and support long-term growth.

Sunsuria Bhd said it has increased its stake in KL City Gateway Sdn Bhd to 61.0% following the completion of its RM21.5mn acquisition of an additional 41.0% interest.

UUE Holdings Bhd said it has secured a RM16.0mn contract from Tianma Precision Sdn Bhd to undertake electrical system works at a factory in Tanjung Langsat, Johor, including the supply and installation of 33kV and low-voltage systems.

West River Bhd said its wholly owned unit, West River Engineering Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM25.2mn subcontract to provide electrical engineering services for a data centre in southern Peninsular Malaysia, including works for a cable landing station facility.

Systech Bhd said its executive chairman Datuk Ong Theng Soon has increased his stake to 4.7% following the acquisition of 15.7mn shares at 9.5 sen per share for RM1.5mn via a direct business transaction.

TIME Dotcom Bhd said Khazanah Nasional Bhd has disposed of a 3.1% stake, or 57.9mn shares, in the group.

Inspace Creation Bhd said it has registered its prospectus with Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd in conjunction with its proposed ACE Market listing.

5E Resources Holdings Bhd reported a net profit of RM3.3mn for 4QFY25, bringing FY25 net profit to RM21.8mn.
