Sunway Bhd founder Tan Sri Dr Jeffrey Cheah said the group will withdraw its proposed takeover of IJM Corp Bhd if shareholders do not accept the offer by the early April deadline.

Tenaga Nasional Bhd has promoted Datuk Shamsul Ahmad as president and chief executive officer effective Mar 1.

Scanwolf Corporation Bhd said its wholly owned subsidiary, Scanwolf Plastic Industries Sdn Bhd, has accepted a letter of award from Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd for superstructure and mechanical works valued at RM70.0mn.

Theta Edge Bhd said its wholly owned subsidiary, Theta Technologies Sdn Bhd, has secured a letter of award from Lembaga Tabung Haji for the provision of equipment leasing and managed services valued at RM22.7mn.

CAB Cakaran Corp Bhd reported that net profit for 1Q26 slipped 1.3% YoY to RM27.8mn, or 4.0 sen per share, marking its ninth consecutive profitable quarter.

CIMB Group Holdings Bhd posted a 6.6% YoY rise in 4QFY25 net profit to RM1.9bn, supported by lower provisions and stronger interest income.

Hong Leong Bank Bhd reported flattish 2QFY26 net profit of RM1.2bn, as higher loan impairment charges and lower associate contributions offset gains in net interest income.

IHH Healthcare Bhd saw 4QFY25 net profit decline 27.9% YoY to RM528.0mn, mainly due to forex losses from a stronger ringgit, although revenue rose 20.0% YoY to RM6.8bn.

IOI Properties Group Bhd reported a more than seven-fold YoY jump in 2QFY26 net profit to RM708.8mn, driven by a RM567.1mn fair value gain on investment properties and contributions from full ownership of Scottsdale Properties Pte Ltd.

Leong Hup International Bhd delivered a 27.7% YoY increase in 4QFY25 net profit to a record RM179.9mn on improved margins, despite revenue slipping 1.7% YoY to RM2.3bn.

Mah Sing Group Bhd reported a 2.2% YoY rise in 4QFY25 net profit to RM61.8mn despite revenue declining 10.7% YoY to RM665.0mn.

RHB Bank Bhd recorded an 8.5% YoY increase in 4QFY25 net profit to RM905.7mn, driven by stronger non-interest income and lower provisions.

S P Setia Bhd saw 4QFY25 net profit surge 165.6% YoY to RM275.1mn, with revenue up 53.3% YoY to RM1.6bn.

CUCKOO International (MAL) Bhd said it will continue executing operational initiatives in FY26 to enhance earnings quality and broaden its market reach, supported by IPO proceeds and an expanded retail footprint.

D&O Green Technologies Bhd posted a 4QFY25 net loss of RM60.1mn, its second-largest quarterly loss, amid further inventory impairments, while revenue declined 5.3% YoY to RM248.1mn.

Dagang Nexchange Bhd reported its largest-ever quarterly net loss of RM270.9mn in 4QFY25, dragged by impairments, while revenue fell 29.0% YoY to RM214.9mn.

IGB Bhd posted a 20.0% YoY rise in 4QFY25 net profit to RM99.1mn, supported by higher rental income and property sales, while revenue grew 14.0% YoY to RM499.6mn.

PPB Group Bhd posted a 4QFY25 net loss of RM3.2bn versus a net profit of RM365.2mn a year earlier, due to a RM4.2bn impairment on its investment in Wilmar International Ltd.
