KUALA LUMPUR: Dataprep Holdings Bhd
has announced the resignation of its executive chairman, Dr Wan Ahmad Rudirman Wan Razak.
According to a Bursa Malaysia filing today, the information and communications technology (ICT) and payment solutions provider announced that the resignation, effective immediately, is due to personal reasons.
Wan Ahmad Rudirman was redesignated from managing director to executive chairman of the company on Aug 4, 2026.
He has over two decades of experience in corporate advisory, strategic investments, and regulatory oversight across public and private sectors. - Bernama
