PMB Investment declares RM2.65mil income distribution for two funds

KUALA LUMPUR: PMB Investment Bhd, the Islamic fund management arm of Pelaburan MARA Bhd, has declared total income distributions of 9.96 sen per unit, amounting to RM2.65mil, for Amanah Saham MARA and PMB Amanah Saham MARA Wholesale Sukuk Fund for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2025.

In a statement, PMB said Amanah Saham MARA declared an income distribution of 4.00 sen per unit, up from 3.26 sen per unit a year ago, translating into a total gross distribution of RM1.57mil.

Following the distribution, the fund’s net asset value (NAV) per unit adjusted to RM0.6355 from RM0.6755, representing a yield of 5.73% based on the closing NAV as at Dec 31, 2025.

“Despite market uncertainties, our disciplined investment approach has enabled us to achieve a competitive 5.73% yield and a strong 61.70% cumulative return over three years, all while maintaining full Shariah compliance,” chief executive officer Hang Tuah Amin Tajudin said.

Meanwhile, the PMB Amanah Saham MARA Wholesale Sukuk Fund declared an income distribution of 5.96 sen per unit, up from 4.67 sen per unit last year, amounting to RM1.08mil.

Its NAV per unit adjusted to RM1.1021 from RM1.1617, translating into a yield of 5.40% for the year.

“PMB Amanah Saham MARA Wholesale Sukuk Fund's 5.40% yield and 14.43% cumulative return over three years demonstrate the strength and consistency of our fixed-income strategy. Both distributions were credited on Dec 31, 2025, with the reinvestment date set for Jan 2, 2026.
