PETALING JAYA: Oasis Home Holding Bhd
, via its wholly-owned subsidiary Oasis Swiss Pte Ltd, has entered into a joint venture (JV) agreement with SGGMY Services Pte Ltd to strengthen its presence in Singapore’s fast-growing content-driven, livestream commerce and eCommerce market.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Oasis Home said the JV agreement with Singapore-based SGGMY offers the potential to distribute products through online channels primarily TikTok, content creation and live streaming, as well as to explore other offline channels.
It said a JV company, namely Oasis Alliance (S) Pte Ltd, has been incorporated in Singapore for the purpose of the JV.
The partnership enhances the group’s growth opportunities and market reach in Singapore, it said.
