KUALA LUMPUR: Stocks to watch today include Geohan Corp Bhd, Hartanah Kenyalang Bhd, Capital A Bhd, AirAsia X Bhd (AAX), Genting Bhd, Quality Concrete Holdings Bhd, Gadang Holdings Bhd and Ancom Nylex Bhd on latest developments.

Geohan has accepted two contracts from SRS LRT Sdn Bhd valued at a combined RM59mil for works related to the Penang Light Rail Transit (LRT) Mutiara line project.

Hartanah has secured a RM42.79mil contract from Jaya GC Sdn Bhd for the construction of immigration post and quarters at Serikin, Bau, in Sarawak.

Capital A expects to complete the consolidation of its aviation business to AAX and exit Practice Note 17 (PN17) status by the end of this month.

Genting’s unit, Genting Vista Bhd, has made a lodgement with the Securities Commission under the Lodge and Launch Framework for the establishment of an unrated medium-term notes (MTN) programme with a nominal value of RM5bil.

Quality Concrete said its subsidiary QC Construction & Engineering Sdn Bhd has accepted a RM294.59mil contract from the Sarawak Rural Water Supply Department for construction works for the proposed Mukah water supply system.

Gadang's wholly owned subsidiary, Crimson Villa Sdn Bhd, is selling a freehold land in Semenyih, Selangor, to Trans Loyal Development Sdn Bhd for RM2.5mil cash.

Ancom Nylex’s wholly-owned subsidiary Nylex Holdings Sdn Bhd has entered into a non-binding term sheet deal with Topnext International Company Ltd to dispose of up to 50% equity interest in Maxlive Sdn Bhd.
