PETALING JAYA: Exsim Hospitality Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd, has bagged a letter of award (LoA) from Cosmopolitan Avenue Sdn Bhd worth RM41.5mil.
In a filing with the local bourse, the company said the contract will involve architecture, mechanical and electrical works.
The six month contract is expected to begin on April 1, 2026, and to be completed on Sept 30, 2026.
According to the LoA, the defects liability period shall be 12 months commencing from the date of Certificate of Practical Completion of completed works or until all defects are made good, whichever is the later.
The company noted that the LoA is within the ordinary course of business and is expected to contribute positively to the net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing of the company.
It does not foresee any risks other than the normal operational ones.
