DXN quarterly earnings rise 6.5% to RM70mil

PETALING JAYA: DXN Holdings Bhd posted earnings of RM70.3mil, up 6.5% year-on-year for the second quarter of its financial year ending Feb 28, 2026 (FY26).

Quarterly revenue stood at RM481.2mil versus RM488.4mil in 2Q25, reflecting temporary foreign exchange translation effects and higher member stock levels in Morocco. The manufacturer of nutraceutical products said sales were, however, higher in markets like Peru, Bolivia, Mexico and India, posting growth rates ranging from 2% to 38%.

DXN declared a second interim dividend of 0.8 sen per share, bringing total dividends for the first half of FY26 to 1.7 sen per share, representing a payout ratio of 58.6%. For the first half of FY26, DXN posted a revenue of RM960.3mil versus RM963.5mil previously.
