Omesti subsidiary seals RM30.31mil contract for Immigration Dept LAN, ICT services


KUALA LUMPUR: Omesti Bhd said its 49% indirect-owned subsidiary Formis Network Services Sdn Bhd has accepted a RM30.31mil contract from the Ministry of Home Affairs for preventive and corrective maintenance services for local network (LAN) equipment and ICT security at Immigration Department offices.

It said in a bourse filing the contract will run for 36 momths, from Oct 15, 2025, to Oct 14, 2028.

The contract is expected to contribute positively to the revenue, earnings per share and net assets per share of Omesti group and is not expected to have an immediate material effect on the gearing of Omesti Group for the financial period from April 1, 2024, to Sept 30, 2025.
