PETALING JAYA: OpenMove AI Bhd, formerly Rexit Bhd
, has appointed Steven Lim Kee Seng as group chief executive officer (CEO) effective Oct 1, 2026.
In a statement, the software-as-a-service (SaaS) company serving the insurance, financial services and enterprise sectors, said Gallen Lee Choon Teng, the current CEO will assume the role of business CEO – focusing on the group’s current SaaS business.
“The appointments are part of the reorganisation of the roup’s senior leadership team to support its strategic plans to broaden its revenue streams.”
The company said Lim brings over 30 years of experience in national security solutions, corporate restructuring, information and communications technology development, transformation and strategic business development across the Asean region.
“Throughout his career, he has held various senior management and strategic advisory positions in the telecommunications, technology and digital transformation sectors.”
Additionally, OpenMove AI announced the resignation of Nicholas Tan Chin Yau as chief operating officer with effect from Oct 1, in order to pursue other personal goals and interests.
