’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Hexatech Engineering Sdn Bhd, has secured a subcontract worth about RM124mil for electrical works at a data centre (DC) in Johor.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, HE Group said Hexatech received the subcontract from an engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) company.
The subcontract involves the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of main electrical works for the DC.
The EPCM company is a foreign-owned company incorporated in Malaysia, specialising in construction, civil engineering and the offshore oil and gas sectors.
“The contract value is approximately RM124mil, subject to any variations, additions and/or omissions to be made only in accordance with the express terms of the subcontractor contract,” HE Group said.
