PETALING JAYA: UUE Holdings Bhd
has secured four contracts worth a combined S$9.3mil, or about RM29.8mil, for 400-kilovolt (kV) power cable infrastructure works in Singapore.
The underground utilities engineering solutions provider said its unit Konnection Engineering Pte Ltd received the letters of award from Hong Kong-listed Wee Guan Group.
The wins bring UUE’s financial year-to-date contract awards to RM127.9mil, with the latest works expected to be completed by December 2028.
Managing director Datuk Dr Ting Kok Hwa said in a statement: “These four subcontracts mark a strategic milestone that reinforces UUE’s position as a leading underground utilities engineering solution provider in both Malaysia and Singapore.
“Singapore’s 400kV transmission network represents the pinnacle of national power infrastructure and demands the highest standards of technical precision, safety and operational rigour.”
