KUALA LUMPUR: Inta Bina Group Bhd
’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Inta Bina Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM40.6mil contract from Eco Majestic Development Sdn Bhd to build residential homes in Selangor.
In a statement, the building contractor said the fixed-price contract begins on Oct 8, 2025, with a 20-month completion period.
Managing director Paul Lim said the latest contract strengthens Inta Bina’s order book and reinforces its position as a trusted partner in developing residential communities in Selangor.
“With this award, we remain committed to delivering sustainable and timely housing solutions that align with market demand, while enhancing long-term value for our shareholders. This commitment is guided by our vision ‘To be the preferred choice builder and to ensure sustainable returns to stakeholders,” he said.
The latest contract lifts Inta Bina’s unbilled order book to about RM1.9bil, up 27% from end-2024, providing growth visibility through 2026–2027.
