KUALA LUMPUR: NexG Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary MyNasional Holdings Sdn Bhd has inked a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Mimos Holdings Sdn Bhd to collaborate on AI initiatives and explore a joint venture in areas of common interest.
"The entry into the MOU would enable NEXG Group to collaborate with Mimos in the research and development of information and communications technology and microelectronics.
"These collaborative efforts may include any technology areas as mutually identified by the parties from time to time," said NexG in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
The MOU shall commence on Sept 24, 2025, and shall continue to be in force for the period/duration of 12 months until Sept 23, 2026.
