PETALING JAYA: UWC Bhd is maintaining an optimistic outlook for its business and the industries in which it operates, while observing signs of recovery in the market.

In a filing, the company said it continues to focus on commencing new projects, acquiring new customers and strategising long-term growth plans to optimise potential business opportunities.

The company attributed the surge in revenue primarily to the robust recovery of the semiconductor market, adding that the increase in profit was in tandem with the higher revenue.
