In many Malaysian cities, newer high-rise residential properties are shedding allocated parking bays and replacing them with a first-come, first-served concept. This essentially means that any empty parking bay is fair game.
A good example is Southlink in Bangsar South, where the later a resident comes home, the farther they have to park from the entrance.
