Scanwolf wins RM11mil factory job


PETALING JAYA: Scanwolf Corp Bhd has accepted a contract from Ipmuda Construction and Engineering Sdn Bhd for works to a Semi-D factory in Hulu Langat, Selangor worth RM11.46mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the scope of works comprises the design, fabrication and supply of SIS deck to a Semi-D factory (Type A, B and C); as well as the dDesign, supply and installation of post-tensioning works to a Semi-D factory (Type A, B and C).

“The contract shall commence on May 21, 2026 and is scheduled for completion on Oct 9, 2026.”

Scanwolf said the risk factors affecting the contract include, amongst others, execution risks such as availability of skilled manpower and materials, changes in prices of materials, and changes in regulatory requirements.

Scanwolf said it will undertake all necessary measures to mitigate the various risk factors identified.

It added that the contract is expected to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets per share for the financial year ending June 30, 2026 and 2027.
