KUALA LUMPUR: TA Global Bhd has partnered with Alliance Bank Malaysia Bhd to provide green financing for purchasers of The Arden, an upcoming Grade-A strata office tower in the heart of Damansara Avenue.

In a joint statement, both parties said the collaboration was formalised with the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) at the Damansara Avenue Sales Gallery, witnessed by representatives from both organisations.

Under Alliance Bank’s Green Commercial Properties Financing scheme, purchasers of The Arden can get financing of up to 90% with tenures of up to 30 years or age 70, inclusive of entry costs and insurance.

Alliance Credit Cardholders will also have access to a 0% Flexi Payment Plan on the booking fee or down payment for up to 36 months.

The Arden, TA Global’s latest project in the Damansara Avenue masterplan, is GreenRE-certified, Malaysia’s benchmark for sustainable buildings. The certification recognises its standards in energy performance, water conservation and material selection.

“At TA Global, we believe every project should leave a lasting legacy. With The Arden, we are redefining what a modern office should be—a space where business success and environmental responsibility go hand in hand.

“Our partnership with Alliance Bank reinforces this commitment, helping us lead the way in delivering sustainable, high-performance corporate spaces,” TA Global chief operating officer Lee Yen Foong said.

Meanwhile, Alliance Bank group chief consumer banking Gan Pai Li said ESG is at the core of the bank’s business model, and that it continues to enhance its banking solutions to help the community adopt ESG standards.

“We are honoured to work together with like-minded organisations like TA Global through the Alliance Bank Green Commercial Properties Financing scheme to make green-certified offices even more accessible to our customers.
