PETALING JAYA: Kronologi Asia Bhd
's wholly-owned subsidiary, Quantum Storage (South Asia) Pte Ltd (QSA), has concluded the contractual partnership with Quantum Corporation, which saw QSA representing Quantum across ASEAN, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India and China.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Kronologi noted Quantum-branded products contributed 26% of the Company’s total sales revenue in the financial year ended Jan 31, 2025.
While it acknowledged there would be certain operational and financial implications in the near term, Kronologi stated the overall risk exposure will be limited as it continues to focus on its core competency and expertise in providing comprehensive Enterprise Data Management (EDM) solutions by leveraging partnership with other established manufacturers and vendors.
Kronology added, in addition to the other existing range of solutions and products, it will be forging partnerships with leading manufacturers and vendors offering advanced technology platforms.
This will enhance the company’s long-term ability to support regional customers with modernised, premium solutions and services, ensuring continuity.
