UOA Development, Alliance Bank collaborate on green financing for Duo Tower, Bangsar South

KUALA LUMPUR: UOA Development Bhd has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Alliance Bank Malaysia Bhd to collaborate on a green financing scheme for Duo Tower in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.

In a statement, the property developer said Duo Tower is the first commercial project to sign an MoU for the Alliance Green Properties Financing scheme, which marks a significant milestone in the push for eco-friendly real estate development.

"This collaboration underscores a shared commitment to sustainability and sets a new benchmark for future commercial projects seeking green financing solutions," said UOA.

Duo Tower, the latest strata office development in Bangsar South, features two corporate office towers soaring over 30 stories, embodying the principles of biophilic architecture.
