According to GAC spokesperson Lü Daliang, manufacturing products accounted for 90.1 per cent of China's trade with ASEAN countries.

"In 1Q 2025, China imported agricultural products worth 52.65 billion yuan from ASEAN countries, an increase of 13.8 per cent, while exporting 37.92 billion yuan worth of agricultural products to ASEAN countries, up 1.4 per cent,” he said, as quoted in the Global Times here.
