Tunku Kamariah resigns from Techna-X


KUALA LUMPUR: Techna-X Bhd's deputy chairman and executive director Tunku Kamariah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah Sultan Iskandar has resigned, effective today.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the diversified technology group said Tunku Kamariah's resignation was due to personal commitment.

She was appointed deputy chairman and executive director four days ago, on Sept 10.

Tunku Kamariah, 70, is a member of the Johor royal family.

Techna-X also announced today the resignation of independent and non-executive director Tengku Shahrain Shah Tengku Sulaiman Shah due to personal commitment. - Bernama
