The property developer said that Ho resigned to pursue personal endeavours.

PETALING JAYA: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd has announced the resignation of its director/group managing director (MD), Ho Kong Soon, effective April 1.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the property developer stated that Ho, 58, resigned to pursue personal endeavours.

Ho joined Matrix Concepts as director and general manager in 1997.

He was promoted to group deputy MD in 2012 and was redesignated as group MD on Sept 1, 2018.

In February, the developer announced that it had maintained a positive sales trend in its third quarter ended Dec 31, 2024, securing RM354.3mil in new property sales.

This figure represented a 2.6% year-on-year increase, attributed to resilient demand for the group’s affordable premium property developments.
