KUALA LUMPUR: Berjaya Corp Bhd (BCorp) has denied that its founder Tan Sri Vincent Tan is in talks regarding a casino licence in Forest City, Johor, as reported recently.

In a statement, BCorp said the articles have included “inaccurate information” that misrepresented its supposed involvement in discussions with Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim regarding the Forest City project.

“We would like to make it clear that Tan has not participated in any such discussions and refute the inaccurate claims presented in the articles,” it said.
