Yuen: We are committed to creating value for our members of the Sunway community, which is why homebuyers will enjoy the best of Sunway with Experience Sunway deals and via the Sunway Property programme.

KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway Property, the property arm of Sunway Group, has announced its annual Signature Series campaign for the third year running, from March 18 to June 30, 2024.

The nationwide campaign, which recorded RM1bil in bookings in 2023, will feature four new Signature Homes totalling more than RM2bil in gross development value to be launched in the Klang Valley, Johor, Ipoh and Penang.

The property developer said the homes will be crafted using SDDA (Sunway Design and Development Architecture), which is Sunway Property’s governing design philosophy to deliver sustainability, innovation, health and wellness, and lifestyle and new experiences to communities in its developments.

Homebuyers will receive exclusive “Experience Sunway” deals, which include dining, health & wellness, hospitality, retail and more offers across the Sunway ecosystem.

Additionally, purchasers will automatically become Sunway Property+ members, which provides three key offerings – Rent+, Care+, and Reward+.

Each of these pillars offers exclusive benefits that will come with a Sunway Property home, from home maintenance services to rental advantages to special discounts and more.

“We are committed to creating value for our members of the Sunway community, which is why homebuyers will enjoy the best of Sunway with Experience Sunway deals and via the Sunway Property+ programme.

"These initiatives are all part of our continuous journey to uphold our promise to our consumers to be ‘With You For Generations’,” said chief brand and marketing officer Gerard Yuen.
