KUALA LUMPUR: Here are the announcements that made headlines in Corporate Malaysia.

Steel Hawk Bhd has secured a three-year underwater services contract from PETRONAS Chemicals Methanol Sdn Bhd on a call-out basis, effective from Dec 9, 2025 to Dec 8, 2028.

Critical Holdings Bhd has been awarded a RM35.0mn contract to construct a cleanroom production floor at a manufacturing facility in the Batu Kawan Industrial Zone, Penang, for an undisclosed US-based multinational corporation, with completion targeted by Jun 30.

GDB Holdings Bhd’s wholly owned unit, Grand Dynamic Builders Sdn Bhd, has secured a favourable High Court judgment against KSK Land Sdn Bhd to recover RM102.1mn related to works on the 8 Conlay project.

Hextar Industries Bhd is acquiring a 51.0% stake in Woodpeckers Group, the Malaysian master franchisee of the llaollao frozen yogurt chain, for RM177.5mn in cash, backed by an average annual profit guarantee of RM29.0mn over three years.

Infraharta Holdings Bhd has accepted a letter of award from Synergy Goldtree Sdn Bhd for subcontract works involving the construction of a Type 3 health clinic and a dental specialist centre at Precinct 6, Putrajaya, valued at RM11.4mn.

Malayan Flour Mills Bhd partly owned unit, Dindings Poultry Development Centre Sdn Bhd, will file for judicial review at the High Court after the Competition Appeal Tribunal dismissed its appeal against a RM70.0mn fine imposed by the Malaysia Competition Commission.

MGB Bhd said it has completed the topping out of Idaman Perdana, marking the completion of the project’s main structural works.

Oriental Kopi Holdings Bhd’s indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Oriental Coffee International Sdn Bhd, is acquiring a parcel of leasehold land in Puchong, Selangor, from Icon Facade Sdn Bhd for RM23.0mn.

UEM Sunrise Bhd said it has completed the issuance of Islamic Medium-Term Notes totalling RM500.0mn in nominal value under its existing IMTN programme.

Maxis Bhd posted an 18.0% YoY increase in net profit to RM380.0mn for 4QFY25, supported by higher service revenue and cost discipline, while revenue rose 3.8% YoY to RM2.9bn.

SKP Resources Bhd saw net profit for 3QFY26 decline 37.0% YoY to RM16.1mn on softer sales volumes, with revenue down 9.2% YoY to RM457.2mn.
