SkyWorld named five-time best company in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: Skyworld Development Bhd won the Best Employers 2023 award from Kincentric, making it the best company to work for in Malaysia.

In a statement, the developer said this is the fifth time the company has achieved this recognition, backed by its holistic on-boarding culture, industry best practice training program, exclusive employee privileges, and succession grooming initiatives.

“To be named Malaysia’s best company to work for for the fifth time by Kincentric further validates our core values; ‘Dare to Lead’, ‘Let’s Talk’, and ‘Get it Done’. All three govern SkyWorld’s culture that guides everyone moving towards the same direction.
