UEM Sunrise 4Q23 earnings forecast to rise

PETALING JAYA: UEM Sunrise Bhd is expected to see its earnings recover in the final quarter of 2023 (4Q23), thanks to the completion of several land disposals.

The property developer revealed that it expected to recognise land sale from Durban in South Africa as well as Iskandar Puteri Johor locally by the end of this year.
