Formosa Prosonic sells unit for RM32mil

PETALING JAYA: Formosa Prosonic Industries Bhd (FPI) has entered into a conditional share sale agreement with Wistron Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd for the proposed disposal of its 70% stake in Heracles Enterprises Ltd (HEL) for RM31.8mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, FPI stated the remaining 30% stake in HEL’s is also currently held by Wistron Corp with a 30% shareholding.
