Sittampalam says landed homes will still see better growth this year, compared with high-rise units.

THE residential property market has been performing steadily so far this year, say property consultants, who believe growth will likely remain moderate for the rest of 2023. PPC International Sdn Bhd managing director Datuk Siders Sittampalam says the property market “has not seen much movement” in the first quarter of 2023.

“Year-on-year, there was a reduction in volume and value in the first quarter of this year.
