PETALING JAYA: The resignations of Cypark Resources Bhd’s two independent and non-executive directors will open the way for fresh boardroom leadership in the company.

The green energy solutions provider is also the associate company of Jakel Capital Sdn Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Cypark, the associate company of Jakel Capital Sdn Bhd, had announced the resignations of Datuk Abdul Malek Abdul Aziz, 85, together with Datuk Dr Freezailah Che Yeom, 83, as both tenures have surpassed the nine-year term limit.
