PETALING JAYA: Star Media Group (SMG) Bhd says its chief financial officer Au Chen Sum, 43, has resigned to pursue other business opportunities,

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the media group stated Au’s resignation is effective Jan 31, 2023. Au was appointed to the post in March 2020. He has over two decades of corporate experience with roles at companies like Ernst & Young in Beijing, Parkson Retail Group Ltd and Singer (M) Sdn Bhd.
