LFE Corp secures RM24mil redevelopment jobs


PETALING JAYA: LFE Corp Bhd has secured three contracts totalling RM23.87mil from Pembinaan Bina Bumi Sdn Bhd for a redevelopment project in Ara Damansara, Selangor.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, LFE Corp said it had secured a RM5.3mil contract for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning for air conditioning and mechanical ventilation services.

In a separate filing, the company said it had won a RM5.27mil contract for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning for cold, hot water and sanitary plumbing services.

Additionally, LFE Corp said it had bagged a RM13.3mil for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning for electrical and extra low voltage services.

The contracts will be for a period of 27 months, commencing on Dec 22, 2025 and ending on March 21, 2028.

“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of LFE Group for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2026 and up to the expiry of the contract.”
