Crest Builder bags RM251mil condo project

PETALING JAYA: Crest Builder Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Crest Builder Holdings Bhd, has secured a RM250.52mil contract from Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn Bhd for the construction of three blocks of condominiums with a car park podium based on a design and build contract in Putra Heights, Damansara, in Petaling Jaya.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the construction and property development group said the contract period is 36 months from Feb 2, 2023, to Feb 2, 2026.

“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the group for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2023 and onwards,” it added.
