Gas Malaysia keeps base average tariff rate


PETALING JAYA: Gas Malaysia Bhd has maintained its current base average tariff rate at RM1.573 per gigajoules (GJ) per day under the incentive-based regulation (IBR) framework for users of the natural gas distribution system.

The tariff rate will apply for the next three years beginning Jan 1, 2023 till Dec 31, 2025, for users of Gas Malaysia Distribution Sdn Bhd (GMD), a wholly-owned unit of Gas Malaysia.
