has appointed Ong Kah Hoe (Billy Ong) as an executive director effective Sept 13.
The outdoor advertising services provider, in a statement, said Ong emerged as a substantial shareholder in Seni Jaya following the acquisition of 2.94 million ordinary shares, or 6.1%-stake through a direct business transaction.
