Seni Jaya's auditor voluntarily resigns


KUALA LUMPUR: Seni Jaya Corp Bhd has received a letter of resignation from Messrs Mazars PLT on their resignation as auditors of the company.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Seni Jaya said pursuant to Section 281(2) of the Companies Act 2016, Messrs Mazars PLT’s terms of office will end after 21 days from Aug 29.

“The Board wishes to inform that the resignation of Messrs Mazars PLT was on a voluntary basis and the board is not aware of any matter that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the company,” it said.
