KUALA LUMPUR: Seni Jaya Corp Bhd
has received a letter of resignation from Messrs Mazars PLT on their resignation as auditors of the company.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Seni Jaya said pursuant to Section 281(2) of the Companies Act 2016, Messrs Mazars PLT’s terms of office will end after 21 days from Aug 29.
