Dynaciate plans to sell land for RM80mil


In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Dynaciate said its wholly-owned subsidiary Ingenieur EPCM Sdn Bhd or formerly known as Dynaciate SPI Sdn Bhd had entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with MTrustee Bhd

PETALING JAYA: Dynaciate Group Bhd has proposed the disposal of a parcel of freehold land with buildings for a total cash consideration of RM80mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Dynaciate said its wholly-owned subsidiary Ingenieur EPCM Sdn Bhd or formerly known as Dynaciate SPI Sdn Bhd had entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with MTrustee Bhd, a trustee of the real investment trust known as Capitaland Malaysia Trust for the disposal of the freehold land together with buildings located in Seberang Perai Selatan, Penang.
